PAYMENTS:

Customers can pay for goods online through PayPal using a credit card or a PayPal account. Both methods of payment will be confirmed by e-mail. All prices are in $ NZD. Once payments have been received your goods will be dispatched to you. Payments go to my PayPal account, in my name "Joanne Oram".

MY GUARANTEE:

We guarantee your goods will be in good order. Each piece is checked before being dispatched and will be very well protected in transit. In the unlikely event that upon receipt of your bag, you find that it is damaged, please contact me and return it within 14 days and we will refund you. We value your custom.

CONDITIONS OF USE:

Privacy:

Payments are taken securely via PayPal so we recieve no bank details. We only recieve your name, address and email address. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will never give any of your details including your e-mail address to any other persons.

Returns policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and provided that the goods are returned we will gladly offer an exchange or full refund.
