Who are KiwiBagz?
KiwiBagz is a small-batch, handcrafted bag company rooted in the spirit of purposeful design and personal connection, and grown out of the love of creating bags.
We create unique and one-of-a-kind bags with character, crafted to reflect individuality and fit your lifestyle. In a world overflowing with mass-produced goods, we take pride in offering thoughtful craftsmanship—where each stitch has intention and every bag is made to suit you, not the other way around.
How does your product/service work?
Ordering of 'In Stock' items is just the same as any other online store. Place your order, pay and we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
Ordering a bespoke item is slightly different. You would need to contact us by phone/WhatsApp on 022 300 1846 or email, with your idea or requirements.
We will then get in contact and work through the details, offering advice where needed.
Once the necessary choices and decisions are made, we provide a quote that once accepted and payment is made, the work begins. During the creation process we will keep you informed of the progress and send tracking information once shipping is undertaken.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on many factors. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. All our products are handcrafted, and more importantly, not mass produced.

What will shipping cost?
Shipping - Domestic
Stock orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
For custom orders, we will contact you to confirm an estimated creation & shipping date.
$6.50 Anywhere in NZ for items under 3kg (urban)
$8.50 Anywhere in NZ for items under 3kg (rural)

Once your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel. Unfortunately we are not able to take returns due to the nature of our products.
Shipping - International
We ship to Australia using NZ Post Courier service. At this time all Australian parcels shipping is quoted per order. Please contact us for more information.
Any import charges/taxes/levies will be for your account.
